The target audience for this project is USDA APHIS Wildlife Services employees and other local or federal agencies concerned with damage caused by free-ranging dogs. USDA APHIS WS is responsible for mitigating human-wildlife conflict and requires current updated guidance on available methods and resources employed to decrease conflict with feral, free-ranging, and feral dogs.
